This is a question from GMAT Prep. Would appreciate if a Math tutor can explain the number line concepts... Q. If m and r are two numbers on a number line, what is the value of r ? (1) The distance between r and 0 is 3 times the distance between m and 0 (2) 12 is halfway between m and r

hundredths digit of a decimal
DS question from GMAT Prep
Q. Is the hundredths digit of the decimal d greater than 5 ?
(1) the tenths digit of 10d is 7.
(2) the thousandths digit of d/10 is 7.

I took my GMAT in 2007 and I practiced with GMATPrep, Kaplan & Manhattan. Of these, other than GMATPrep ofcourse, Manhattan was a close to the actual GMAT. Kaplan is a tough and low scoring test, dont take these tests if you are at the fag end of your prep. Just my view, might work differently f...

Do you know that apple doesn't supports Adobe Flash anymore. I have a webcam only on my iPod, and it will not show me the flash widget! 
Do we have an alternative for Mac/iPhone/iPod users?

In additional to just points i would really love to see what they shared and items ie items they users scored on(just heading and date it was published with points earned---and ony heading without link for active items with score---expired will have no relevance now) I see the 20 points difference ...

Though having an extra column in the scoreboard for how many 'likes' left would make it more interesting (and competitive)!!!
