The rankings become especially difficult when you get to that #5 spot, since most of those schools are so incredibly different from one another.

Yes, but r and s can be fractions, can they not? In which case r/s < s/r, which makes 2) insufficient.

The questions is: If r>0 and s>0, is r/s < s/r? I chose answer B, however OG says the answer is D. My rationale... 2) is correct 1) r/3s = 1/4 Once you cross multiply you get r = 3s/4.
