15 < product < 200 Let's start with the upper limit of 200. How do we get the product? By multiplying two consecutive numbers (i.e., the number that was picked and the next larger number which would be the very next number after the one that was picked). So, n_max * (n_max + 1) < 200 we know 13 * 13...

M= 4^1/2 +4^1/3 + 4^1/4
convert all to power of 2
M = 2 + 2^(2/3) + 2^(1/2)

2^(1/2) ~= 1.4
2^(1/2) < 2^(2/3) < 2. I just took => 2^(2/3) = 1.5

so, M = 2 + 1.5 + 1.4 = 2 + 2.9 = 4.9

I would also go with (B).

I don't know about (A) since when you read the entire statement (A) ending in "to serve metropolitan Boston" ... sounds incomplete.

Answer please?

Is it E?

(E) There has been an increase in the number of commercials that use musicians just starting in the music industry rather than musicians experienced in accompanying commercials. ... This would not explain why the number of musicians employed has decreased.

Is it B?

It wasn't the interest of the researchers but the increased space which increased productivity...weakens the argument.

I would like to buy Veritas 15 computer adaptive practice tests if anyone has it.

I've gone to Veritas website but it looks like I have to buy the bundle packet to get the CATs. I'm only interested in buying the 15 CATs and nothing else.
