This is easy problem, still answered by me incorrectly: In the XY plane line K has positive slope and X intercept 4. Trying ot figure out is there is the solution with plug in numbers, but obviously not.
If K not zero, 1 or -1. is 1/K>0?
1. 1/k-1>0
2.1/k+1>0
My answer was that each answer worked. GMAT's is only the first answer is correct.

easy problem, but still...
The function f is defined for all positive integers by the rule:f(n) is the number of positive integers each of which is less than n and has no positive factor in common with n other than 1. If p is any prime number then f(P)=
The answer is p-1.
