What is the rate, in cubic meters per minute, at which water is flowing into a particular rectangular swimming pool?
(1) The volume of the swimming pool is 420 cubic meters.

OG's Explanation is not that great imo
Explaination:
Since 8 can be obtained from 3 by "adding 1" five times, the intensity reading is greater by a factor of (10)(10)(10)(10)(10) = 10^5.
