I am surprised to hear that IIM MBA degree holder is not happy with his degree !! You can definitely target top 10-15 B- schools but your work exp is somewhat less as most of B-schools worldwide are looking for candidates with more than 2 yrs of work exp. Hi Kavyam, 680 is a good score but bit below ISB's average GMAT intake OF 720.Rest depends on your overall profile and your applications. If you are thinking to apply in R1 with this score than go ahead and if you can wait for R2 than you can retake GMAT and can score better. RC seems tough for ever...

does "Health care management & manufacturing" come under the same domain ? or is manufacturing a separate stream at ISB ? Wadhwani centre for entrepreneurship has its base in HYD, so I guess they kept it there itself. Is there a higher probability to get through if one applies in R1 ?...
