However, here is my dilemma. Stanford offers MS Management degree whereas others offer MBA degree. How is MS Management viewed? Is it viewed in similar regard as MBA?

short reco?
What if the recommendation does not have anything but question and answers? Also, those answers have very limited characters to be filled. Is it ok to just fill those short questions and not write any long letter?

hi Some of my recommenders have chosen question/answer format when entering their recos online. However online forms have limits like 200 characters, 500 characters or whatever the limit is allowed in that form for each question. Not sure if that is long enough? Recommendation Letter
hi
What should be the ideal size for a recommendation letter? Should it be 500 words, 1000 words, 1500 or 2000 words or longer? I know that schools don't like short letters, but don't know what a good letter should be.

Leadership essay

I am planning to apply for an EMBA program and have a question on the leadership essay. I have a great example from 2001, but wondering if it is too distant in the past for my essay. Should I cite a more recent example of leadership if I am planning to apply this year?
