Factorials

C(m,n) = m! / [(m-n)! n!] for nonnegative integers m and n, m >/ n (m greater then equals n). If C(5,3) = C(5,x) and x != 3, what is the value of x?

1 quick question. I read your post about approaching RC problems.. You said you used to make notes at start but later you practiced without notes did this impact in anyway in real GMAT ?

I choosed A

Has grown - Present perfect tense and nothing sounds incorrect in the sentence.

There has been growth. The sentence sounds wordy.

I used the "Keep it simple rule"

I picked "B" below was my approach.

Compare - as x as y - as little risk as one chance in a million.

Left with B and D I choosed B, In D that made the sentence akward and wordy.
