Is it ok to use "will be used" along with has decided ( present perfect)?.. Manhattan SC says that the we can use present with future. eg:the chairman decides that at the machine profits will be used.--> Correct But .... will be used along with has decided sounds a bit awkward..anyone else...

my bad..i understood my mistake.
only if the bad intention results in real harm,does it qualify as a bad moral act.
Since a didnt cause real harm,it cannot qualify.
