For the second question, if the result is multiple of NINE that means it can be 9,18,27,36 which is either odd or even. Hence insufficient.

The common factors should be other than 2 and 3. Could be 5,7,11 etc,.
Lets factor every number and see the common factors.
Only 575 has factors of 5 and 23.

The question says Phil wants MBA from Tuck.In this case B is correct which means some investment bankers are from Tuck.
If the question is rephrased as Phil wants MBA from Ivy then Option A is correct.

I will go with C.
Option D mentions about promotion, regulation and preservation.
However original meaning is that mission should promote,regulate and preserve. This is captured in C.

Learned this new easy method from Mukul's video. Prepare table as follows : A B Ratio Quantity Strength 15 50 30 20 15 This gives new ratio of Mixture A and B as 20:15 i.e 4:3 Actual Ration for Mixture A is 4/7. Times 4 gallons is 2.28 Approx. equal to 2.3
