If you figure is correct then the line doesn't pass through (6,3) but 2 points (0,3) & (6,0)
from that information you can find the slope to be
y = -0.5x + 3
so any point that lie below should be
y < -0.5x + 3

In 1994, lets assume 9 Jets were made, then 90/9 = 10 Lbs/Jet of waste was generated.
If Last Year, only 4 instead of 9 were made then 40/4 = 10 Lbs/ Jet of waste was generated.
Thus, No change in Lbs/ Jet of waste....Program was a failure !

I don't approach an assumption reasoning with a question MUST BE TRUE ? or why is an answer choice is strengthening the argument as this is not a strengthening question. and Yes, the world's rarest species can be seen in the neighborhood...and their location is not important as long as you go there...

Hi:
I did my Bachelors from a country that grades in % out of 100 and not in A, B, C....Is it a good idea to get the transcripts credentials evaluated in GPA out of 4.0 through ECE or other.
