Just for reference, working with fractions as I did the first time, what should make me do the connection of saying "yes, 3 machines!" looking at 1/6 to 1/9. I just want to cover that pan w/ a lid of understanding...

HI All!
still not sure why I get confused on the feasability of stmt 2.
It says x>1 and x<1. So x is >1, correct? If so stmts 2 should be correct.
Is this what I'm missing?? : stmt 2 is saying instead x>1 OR x<1

Question - doesn't "with more than 75 carefully engineered structures" refers to scale and not to the settlements? Comma + preposition should refer to the noun right before the comma, correct?
