Y = X -2 and not X + 2 as I had posted...

when u arrive at z=xz
u can further go algebraically.
xz = z
xz - z = 0
z(x-1) = 0
either z=0 or (x-1) = 0
means either z=0 or x=1

As X takes 2 days more to produce w widgets than Y takes, we have Y=X+2 Working together, X and Y take 3 days to make 5/4w widgets...
