I think the answer should be C. If the regulation will ban the sale of the video games, where are the parents going to buy it - Blackmarket?

Moreover the premise assumes while stating that the legislation will curb the syndrome that the only way to get the syndrome is thru playing video games.

Re: DS - Number Systems

bingojohn - On the step 2, you cannot divide the eqn with (y-1) as it is not stated that y!=1 I think the answer is A => (y-1) {(y+3)-(y-2)} = r(y-1) => 5 (y-1) = r(y-1) => r=25 => r=5 or -5 => With r=5, this equn is insovable => When r=-5, 5(y-1) = -5(y-1) => y-1=-y+1 => y=1 Let me know if anyone h...

JRBrown Thanks for your reply. I am kind of thinking on those lines. Thanks for re-enforcing that. Are there any other books that are recommended for Verbal? How about LSAT? As you said, I will definitely spend more time on reviewing my answers; perhaps my preparing grid and analyzing the type of qu...

DS 1000 Sec 20 Q20

The OA is C. I think should be B

1) value of the eqn depends on the value of x and n

2) x^2-1 < 0 i.e. 0<x<1

hence it is not less than zero

Sec 19 Q17 DS1000

The OA is E, I think it should be C

1) aba=a so a^2b-a=0
a(ab-1) = 0

so either a=0 or ab=1

2)

aba=b so b^2a-b=0
b(ab-1) = 0

so either b=0 or ab=1

combining 1 and 2, ab=1

Please help
