I have taken 4 MGMAT so far and average is 600 (range 580-620). My goal is most common - I am aiming for 700. Even closer is good enough. Answer to your question is "Partial" I think it is adaptive at the time when it it selects the passage. But once started all questions are not adaptive. And, it is possible if you answer first few correct then it could give you fewer problem so as to eat your time more effectively. This is...

Just a general question:
I have been getting about 45-46 in MGMAT math. Since it is slightly tougher than actual GMAT. What would be my equivalent score?

From my experience OG is the best. After that - Manhatten, and that is enough for me. I did Princeton book full but advice not to use it since it has very easy problems and I didn't like its way of explanation.

I think you are too much relying on score of each test. Trying to be in balanced state of mind with high energy will be a good option. Results do get shaky sometimes.
