gmat 710, 12+ yrs IT, chances in INSEAD and IMD

Hi I am an indian applicant (female) with 710 gmat (49Q, 37V) with 12+ yrs of work ex in IT (started in programming, project lead and now a manager). Most of the US schools have a very young crowd (3-5yrs work ex). I have 2 questions: 1)As per my profile, is it worth it to apply in any BSchool in US...
