could u pls check if you posted the eq correctly....

2^(4-1)^2 = 2^6

2^3-2 = 2(2^2-1)

2^6 / 2(2^2-1) = (2^5)/3...

odd multiple of 7: 7 (total:1)
sum of a positive multiple of 2 and a positive multiple of 7: (2+7,4+7,6+7,8+7,9+7, 14+2, 14+4. total:7)
