Multiply each grade by it's weight, then take the sum of all the products. Divide that sum by the sum of all the weights.
So:
((2*3)+(3*2)+(4*4)+(3*4))/(3+2+4+4)
=
40/13
=
3.076 = ~3.08
so C.

==> 3^(x-1) * [3-1] = 162
