Hi,
I have exhausted OG10 and OG11 for my first GMAT attempt.

Re: So far it is even stevens!
So far it is even stevens! I think I will vote for stimulus first. I think the problem with reading question first is that it makes you biased, and this may undermine your ability to understand the stimulus properly. Dont you think that the question may actually become a distraction to your underst...

Should we read the question stem first?
I am finding contradictory suggestions from different books. Some books suggest to the read the question stem first and then read the stimulus, and some other books suggest to read the stimulus first and then the question. What is your take on this? P.S: If this topic is already discussed, please po...

Comparing equations is more accurate way of solving, but it is complicated.
I think simpler way is to try with numbers,
- try with 9 and 16, this eliminates III

31 days to GMAT
Downloaded a timer application to time the practice http://www.nestersoft.com/timeleft/ It is a free tool and seems pretty useful, we can custom set the count down timer to 75 mins. Retook PR GMAT Test #4 - V:42 M:51 T:740 - I know this is inflated score because it is a retake - Math was easy and mo...

32 days left
Thanks for the suggestions. Good point about endurance. I guess it can be rightly called GMATathon. About OG11, I did look into it. I think OG10 is like superset of OG11 and so it has more questions for practice. However OG11 has much better explanation. I do have little bit of Math background (gain...

My preparation started 3 months back; the biggest problem during my preparation is the no. of breaks due to travel and work. I think continuity is very important, every time after a...

Intially I didn't accept...later I understood
I chose C as the answer when I was thrown this question in Kaplan CAT1 and I could not accept that C was wrong. On second (and deeper) look, I see that X^2 is an integer which doesn't mean that X is an integer, so I can not assume X to be an integer between 1 & 4 (i.e., 2 or 3). The explanation ...
