From 630 to 730 (Q50, V39), thank you BTG
Hello everyone!! I just gave my GMAT score and got a 730( Q50, V39) and had a sigh of relief. I was quite happy considering my aim was to get a score of 720+ and it seemed like a good improvement from 3 months back when I got a 630 on my first GMAT prep (Q47, V31). After a day of drinking at Oktober...

I would go with (D), I see 2 problems with (B), first it does not mention 17th century. so we are not sure what the date on these pamphlets is. Second, even if the religious message was short, there is little evidence that people did not follow the religious message. With (d), what is stated is that...

I see E as the closest match as well, although I don't like the choice. It is the best out of a set of bad choices!!

Ok, I am not an expert but the questions asks us to pic a choice that both of them would disagree on. Usually, this means that we need to pick a choice where both of them dis-agree. A) is incorrect because both of them agree on the fact that some humans are eccentric. Hence, this is not a point of c...

I agree that A can be close but I felt that it was too generic to be the right answer. Eventually I picked (e). One other thing that helped in choosing (e)was pre-phrasing..

IMO E,
The reason is because Paolo argues that the relationship started in the renaissance period while the Tajudeen argues that the relationship always existed..

@anirudhsaraf7 eGMAT covers all questions from OG 12. Their application files are fantastic as they tell you when to attempt what OG questions. In my opinion, this is more effective than the MGMAT method where the OG questions are only divided by topics such as verb tenses. I would recommend eGMAT t...

Hi Skprocks, Can you shed more light on your discussions with Payal and Brent regarding your preparation strategy. My exam is in a few weeks and my current score is hovering in the 680-710 region (Q: 48-50; V: 35-38). I would like to cross the magical 700 barrier like you and understand what I can d...

Sravan, I agree with you that a score of 35 on verbal should help improve your score tremendously. I would recommend that you revise MGMAT guides again as these may help in improving your verbal score. Look for a reliable source of fresh questions and track your accuracy improvement. I am using e-gm...

Magizhan,
Thanks for the awesome post. Just curious on RC and your comment that had you done well, you could be scored around 40. In your practice tests, what was the ratio of correct to incorrect for CR/SC/RC. This data could help many of us.
