If we plug in values. h(6) = 48
h(6) + 1 = 49, smallest factor = 7.
similarly h(8) = 384
h(8)+1 = 385
again smallest factor is between 2 & 10
Therefor IMO A

Another approach could be you need 200 cans of 6oz juice meaning 1200 oz, which is same as 100 cans. (1 can = 12 oz).
Now in 4 cans of juice you have 1:3 ratio of concentrate to water. Therefore in 100 cans you will have 25:75 ratio. Hence A.

This is GMAT Prep question. I was also going with B. However the OA is E. Also as Ian mentioned there was a typo which I have fixed.
Thanks Ian, I understand your explanation. My reasoning was that 4 different prime numbers means 2x3x5x7 I did not think that they can appear twice.

IMO as a means of is applicable for "noun" whereas as a means to is applicable for a verb. For example: He chops wood as a means of earning his livelihood. Whereas: He chops wood as a means to earn his livelihood.
If anyone has any other ideas please publish.

IMO E,
and is not necessary. so C. D. E.
shorten is better than lessen, lessen is for something which you cannot count. Meaning lessen the amount of milk in coffee etc. So C & E.
seven days rather than fourteen makes more sense. So E.

Yes the right answer is B between 3 to 6, but I am not sure how. Because if you take 4 4^4 is above 100.
However if you take x as 3.1, then x^4 = 92.351 which is still less than 100, and then y can taka a value such that y^4 added to x^4 can be 100. May be that is why the answer is B.
