600 on gmatprep is not bad , u can improve to 50-70 over that, it can come close to your score in the real test. all the best dude

I don't think it is really worth buying, you can get a copy from a library and refer to it. It is too comprehensive , and I dont think for 10-12 CR questions we need to go thru such an exhaustive book (near to 300 pages). That is good that your basics are fresh , in that case you fill find most of the problems in OG quite easy, and you will pass half of the book just like that, there are few that are somewhat tough.

Better to start with Manhattan or Kaplan, before going to OG.. OG is good for problem sets , but not great for theory..
