Admissions likelihood to Ph.D. program w/3.7 MBA GPA/650GMAT

What are my chances of being accepted to an AACSB accredited Ph.D. program in marketing?

650 GMAT (goal)
3.7 MBA GPA
3.2 Undergrad GPA

Also, is there any thing i can do to increase the likelihood of being accepted?

Thanks,

Jason
