Guys... I forgot to click NEXT on one of the AWA questions and got a prompt that said the question was expired. Does it mean that the AWA will not be considered? I was under the impression that it would save and consider the text when the time ends. Thank you!!! Nope. You are fine. This happened to...

V50 is pretty ridiculous. Congrats!

I agree with you that MGMAT course doesn't add a lot of value above the strategy guides. I think they are hurting themselves by making the strategy guides too good!

You should be fine I think. I've heard people say 80/80 is best but you are so close to 80 and 740 is great, so I don't think that will be a problem.

I have just given a MGMAT practice test (just for quantitative) and my section score is 42. Is the score of MGMAT exams reflective of real GMAT?? I scored 670-710 or less on every MGMAT test I took (took three) and 730-760 on every GMAT PREP I did. I scored a 760 on actual test. For some, MGMAT doe...

Re: Messed it Big time- Scored 600 ( QA-50, VA-21)-Need Help

Today was the D-day and it couldn't have been worse that this. I broke all my past records in VA and screwed it up big time. I just scored 21 in VA and that plummeted my scores. In all my practise tests, I was scoring 30-39 in VA. QA had been constant around 49-50. Don't know what went wrong today....

Thanks Guys.

Yep poor execution. Taking many exams over the last week is definitely not a good idea.

760 (Q48 / V47) How to Beat Verbal - Thank you MGMAT Guides!

I took the exam today and scored a 760 (Q48, V47) - 99th Percentile. I am a non-native English speaker, and verbal has always been my weakness. 84% math, 99% verbal I wanted to share a couple of things with the group since I was able to learn a lot from this group. However, I will warn you that I am...

you get 1 minute before verbal. I have also heard of another method which is less time consuming. You dont make a grid. But everytime you read a response to verbal question you use three symbols. X denotes this answer is eliminated ? denotes this answer deserves a second look once you have read the...

Just closing the final open switch. Received my AWA score. Another pleasant surprise: 5.5 This whole GMAT thing was just one hell of a ride. But I have to say with a lot of hard work and even more luck it all worked out :-) Quick question: you mentioned that you wrote down the grid during instructi...

Given that GMAT Focus is a relatively new tool, compared to GMATPrep, how similar or different did you find the material on Focus vs GMATPrep material? I am taking the test on Friday, but I am also considering a second attempt at the beginning of September. Therefore, I am strongly considering usin...
