Thank you Amit. I did not work hard on the CR, RC and I think I paid the price for that.
Thanks again for the wonderful advice "For SC,CR and RC understand why each option is right/wrong THIS IS VERY VERY VERY ESSENTIAL." I did not do this earlier. I will do it now.

GMAT beat me very badly. But I am not going to quit..
After preparing for a month (with my current work schedule), I took my GMAT exam on 10/20/2008 and I scored only 480 (Q36 V20). I was shocked to see the score and could not believe it for few minutes. :cry: I took four Manhattan GMAT prep exams, scored 570, 580, 530 and 560. Still I don't understand...

First of all, take a break from the preparation for at least a week. Looks like you are doing the same mistake again and again. Yes, the answer is C. We need both statements to find the answer. Statement 1: it indicates both the Max number and Min number can be negative or Positive.
