Reschedule(or everything) is unavaible on MBA. Com?

Hi, I want to reschedule my test day, but when I click the reschedule option. The system would automatically jump to "the service is unavailable� page. Then I tried to cancel my test, change the address, change the phone number, everything would turn to “the service is unavailable".
