angry at vs angry with

is there a preference in GMAT english?
I don't see the difference between "I am angry with you" and "I am angry at you".

Thanks Eric.

To those who have used this strategy, is it effective or would you have done something differently?

Last week of prep, what to do?

How should I spend my last week before my test? Should I do one more practice test? Just keep reviewing old tests? Continue doing practice problems in my weak areas? I have read that on the day (or 2) prior to your test you should do nothing related to the test.

When should you use each of these? Is 'owing to' all that common?

Diameter + Half of the perimeter = D + 2Pir ( since D=2r )

Lenght of semi circle is = D+Dpi = D(pi+1)

Half of the perimeter = 2Pir? Is it half the perimeter of the semi-circle or a full circle?

instead of, rather than, in contrast with

What are the rules in applying each of these: instead of, rather than, in contrast with, as opposed to? Don't they all practically mean the same thing?

I think the difference between 'was' and 'is' past vs. present, respectively. They are both singular, it would be different if it the verbs were 'were' and 'are'.

Use of "I" in AWA

I've read various books on the AWA and have gotten different answers. Are you allowed to use "I" and "In my opinion" in your essays? Is it frowned upon?
