Please read Ron's explanation and then my simple solution.

x = 180 - RSQ - TSU
= 180 -1/2(180-R) - 1/2(180-T)
= 1/2 R + 1/2 T
= 1/2(90)
= 45

slope m = -(b/a) where b = y intercept and a = x intercept I. slope is 3 times y-intercept, 3b = -b/a a = -1/3 (basically it gives us x intercept value). can't find y-intercept with this value.
