Thanks Lisa for your response. I was timed out on the last question in the verbal section. I know there is a significant penalty on leaving questions unanswered, I wanted to get a rough idea on how many points I would have lost there just so as to evaluate my chances of getting a better score next t...

Although, at first E seemed to be the right answer, I got stumped by plural "lists" which I thought did not make sense. You prepare a list of something not lists.

Sorry for a dumb question but does OA mean "Original Answer"?
Also, please confirm that IMO is "in my opinion".

The action of bringing is being performed on somebody, so we need objective 'whom'.

I will pick A.

I would have also selected either A or B. But knowing the OA now, here is my reasoning why it is 'C'. The subject "Soaring television costs" is plural, therefore, the pronoun reference in the second clause should be plural too. Television costs are in "some" proportion....althoug...

MGMAT Vs REAL GMAT

Hi,
I got 630 and 650 respectively in the first two MGMAT CATs.

I am trying to get a sense of how much those who score around 650 in MGMAT CATs actually score on the real exam. Any rough estimate will help me gauge my coordinates...thanks people!

Mike

Thanks California4jx!

Could you be more specific on when to avoid passive form?

I am guessing there might be situations where passive might be more appropriate.

Thoughts?
