BeattheGMAT login and access problems after payment

I have not been able to use my account and whenever I try to login it says it does not recognize my username or email but i have all these emails from BeattheGmat for the 60 day study guide and i cant access my modules. what do i do? Is there a phone number for the customer service that I could call...
