Agreed to manohark, you can apply as your GMAT and experience meets their eligibility criteria. So you can try it out.

I don't think, you are allowed to choose the city as S P Jain's Global MBA goes like 4 months in Dubai, 4 months in Singapore and 4 months in Sydney. You may want to check their website http://www.spjain.org/gmba
