Will freelance writing be counted as experience during MBA admissions? For instance, a person not getting any job in recession time decides to utilise his/her writing skills for freelance assignments. How does the admission committee of any good business school look at such experience? Do they perce...

I dont get this.....how can the answer be A? Statement I tells us that Angle BEF is 60 degrees. While this is an important piece of information to derive a 30-6-90 triangle for BEF and similarly for other 3....we dont know what is the length of BF and neither BE. So how can we deduce the measure of ...

I didn't understand how did you arrive at the $1.60 per mile figure. The question says that $1.20 for first quarter mile and $0.40 for each succeeding quarter mile......i think this means that 1.20x1 + 3x0.40 (because there are 3 more quarters in the one mile) = 1.20 + 1.20 = $2.40 per mile and henc...

Q. If x-y>10, is x-y>x+y?

1. x = 8
2. y = -20

OA is C.
I had marked B because when we try to solve the inequality x-y>x+y we get 0 > 2y which means we only need to know that y is negative. Hence, B.
Can someone explain what is wrong with my logic?

To solve this question we can consider the company assets as follows 1992 = 100, 1993 = 500 (since it is 400% greater than in 1992) and 1994 = 2000 (since it is 500% greater than in 1993) Now, we are told that the company assets in 1992 are 100. Hence, for 1994 we will have 2000/100 *N = 20N Hope th...

Logitech, I am somehow not convinced with the 5th answer i.e Is Z even? You mentioned that it should be A and not D because it is nowhere given that Z is an integer. Well, if 3Z is even then Z has to be even because 3 is odd. And why do we need the information about Z being an integer here? Can you ...
