I haven't and don't know anyone that has. Good chance some people have been invited but you shouldn't be overly concerned about it at this point, in my opinion at least. It'll come when it comes. Focus on controlling what you can (the test) and things will hopefully work themselves out.

Who actually thinks they'll have everything submitted by the first round deadline?

I'm applying. Targeting the first round deadline if I can get everything in order by then.
