A 40-50 point increase id definitely achievable. In fact, if you took the test again today, it's possible that you'd score 50 points higher. As you've noted, the Verbal section was your undoing. This is not uncommon. Sometimes a ridiculously long and difficult RC passage can knock you off your game...

I just beat the GMAT and I am ecstatic!!!! I see you edited your answertheCodeToGMAT wrote:I got 8*pi
Angle of Hexagon = (n-2)*180 = (6-2)*180 = 720
Measure of each angle = 720/6 = 120
Measure of one arc of 120 degree = 120/360 * 2 * pi * (2) = 4/3 * pi
Total sum of arcs = 6 [4/3 * pi] = 8 * pi
Mind telling me how you got 6 arcs and not 12.

Hexagon
My approach
r = 2
Interior angle = ((6-2)/6) * 180 = 120
each arc represents 120/360 of the circle i.e. 1/3 rd
Length of one arc = 2*pi*2 * (1/3) = 4*pi / 3
Each vertice has 2 arcs.
=> 6 vertices have 12 arcs
Total length = 12 * 4*pi / 3 = 16*pi
OA is
8*pi
Actually "someone" or "some" are good terms to look out in inference questions. You are looking for something that has to be true. If you would have picked an answer with ALL or NONE then you are limiting the threshold/cushion of standing correct. We know that Stauning > Mcguines...

If x/y >2, is 3x+2y<18? 1. x-y is less than 2 2. y-x is less than 2 Since x/y > 2, x and y have the same sign. If x and y are both negative, then 3x + 2y < 18, and the answer is a definite YES. Thus, our concern here is what happens to the value of 3x+2y when x and y are both positive. If x and y a...

I actually did post in the Ask the test maker forum. No reply yet.
What really upset me was that I saw new questions on the forums with GMATprep screen shots that were not in the packs I purchased! Cant believe GMAC could botch their core product.

Do you have any info on people *mysteriously* getting extra questions on the Gmatprep question pack?

New Questions on Gmatprep
I would like a GMAC official to clarify the discrepancy that has been discussed in the thread below.
http://www.beatthegmat.com/more-gmat-pr ... 70681.html
I still see 115 and I have all the packs (purchased) installed.
Thanks!
