IMO E

Since in the passage it is mentioned that currently with only short string of digits (SSN, Credit Card number) security could be breached easily. So adding more levels of security and authentication measures will reduce identiy theft.

It has to be Either Or condition......

Either the Warning light is ON Or the lock is not clear...
OR
Both the conditions exists.....
