i don't think you can do an mba in america. if you have an mba already, most schools including harvard and mit won't let you do another mba. you can look at schools in canada...not sure about their policy

you can definitely try backsolving however realize that it will be time consuming. it will not be the case that you would find the right answer right away, so you would have to plug in numbers from all 5 answer choices to find the correct answer. however lets say you did algebra to find the correct ...

ok first thing just think about simple numbers and translate it to variables
1----2----4
x----2x----2(2x)
1st term= x
2nd term =2x
3rd term=4x
4th term= 2*4x=8x
5th term=8x*2=16x
5th term- 2nd term= 12
16x-2x=12
14x=12
x=12/14
x= 6/7

i think you should call gmat center to postpone your test. it only cost 50 dollars. if you feel you aren't ready, most likely you arent' if you are only scoring that on kaplan test, you can still score well on the real thing assuming you did everything in timed condition. hiring a tutor is expensive...

The whole point of this is manipulate the left side of the equation to look like the right side of the equation. This is purely exponential equation. i think you guys should just follow the rules and DON"T BRING ANYTHING inside the test room! gmac is pretty strict with these rules and they can choose to cancel your score if you don't follow the rules. just use the marker and laminated sheets, if you need more just raise your hand. it wastes ...
