IMO for first question, the answer is b. Compares price with price of other cars by using that of. other answer choices compares price to cars.

GMAT Prep Score- very confused, someone please help!

A - at first look A looks like the first statement but if you look closely, its not.
B- correct becuase if the assumption fails (negation test) the argument fails.
C- may be true, but argument can still survive without this being true

If the original answer has grammer errors, you have to pick the choice that is without any gramatical errors, even if it changes the meaning of the sentence. If there are two answer choices that are gramatically correct then you go with the one that doesnt change the meaning. This is what i was taug...
