Could you explain why " was banked " is wrong.
" As high as that of " is used to compare two things but there is no comparison in the question.
The height is three to four feet.

You said -- B and D, them (plural) does not agree with the Holstein cow (singular). Eliminate B and D.
There is holstein cows in the sentence.
I didn't understand, what you said.
