The same thing just happened to me, I took the first VERITAS GMAT CAT and got a 48 on the Quant and a 24 on the Verbal and when I took the real thing 6 weeks back I got a 34 on the Quant and a 41 on the Verbal... A 700 is a great score and unless you can guarantee a 30+ increase I would not spend the time and effort to retake the GMAT. I'm in a similar situation and will also be taking my GMAT for the 3rd time soon (August 18th) and from what I've seen online, most schools don't start looking at multiple GMATs negatively until after your 3rd shot so make sure this one counts.
