hello,
i'm not sure why it's was earning .. hm .. my 2nd attempt was C .. there was xxx and it earned .. so then the sentence will be consistent with the past simple tense .. but the correct ans should be A ..
could someone explain why ?

not sure why have to pick A, and why "has ever come" is used
i thought the whole sentence is past tense, i picked C for the first time, and D for the 2nd time.

hm .. is "and also" redundant here? i should pick one of them only right ? btw, we dotn have to repeat "minimum of" after "rather than" does "rather than" differ frm "than" in terms of grammar usage after "rather than" and "than" ?

im only sure the answer is not C&D, but i'm not sure why A or B cannot be the answer ..
(is "rates for" the right idiom, that's why the answer choices should narrow down to D&E, and then E should be the correct answer?)

Hello,
I'm not sure why C is incorrect ..
isnt that the idiom "so X as to be Y ... " ??
what should be X and what should be Y ?
i think X has to be an adjective, while Y has to be a noun .. am i right on this?
