Thanks for your advise, especially about retaking the GMAT. I took it again this morning and received a much improved score of 700 (Q44, V41). It was definitely worth the money I paid for the Kaplan class. Now I just have to concentrate on my resume and essays.

I think it should be C also, because when you use each individual statement you cannot determin if xy > 0.

I just did my first practice test on the GMATPrep software. The test score came back 710, I was very pleasantly surprised. If n and y are positive integers and 450y = n^3, which of the following must be an integer?
1 - y/(3*2^2*5)
2 - y/(3^2*2*5)
3 - y/(3*2*5^2)
Do you have to solve for n or/and y for this problem?
