The essay looks decent to me.
I am not an expert,but I am candidly putting my points.

Two suggestions from my side:

1.Add more specific points about the Fuqua program.
2.Can you be more specific about the future goals like which sub-functional area in Healthcare.

Hi,

Let no of people = x
Share per head = y

So, xy = 495 --(1)

Next equation,

(x-2)(y+10) = 495

=> xy +10x - 2y -20 = 495

From 1 xy= 495

So 10x -2y -20 = 0

x = 495/y from 1

y^2 + 10y -2475 = 0

y = 45 , y = -55

so x = 11.
