simplification
num = (8/10) ^ -5 = (10/8 ) ^ 5
den = (4/10) ^ -5 = ( 10/4 ) ^ 5
so, num/den= (10/8) ^ 5 * (4/10) ^5
= 10/(2^5)
= 5/64
