Yeah, I already decided on a grey suit; blue, white, or light tan shirt; and a striped blue and white tie; with black CK shoes.

Thanks for all your input. :)

Hi Cindy, I just wanted to thank you once again for pointing me in the right direction. I was going to use the optional essay to once again underline my qualifications. However, it was a relief to explain my weakness (lack of extracurricular involvement while in school). In my essays, not only was I...

What to wear to an interview?

The school's website states that "business attire is expected." What would you think is appropriate given this description? I do not want to wear a suit, because I think that it makes me seem uptight, which is not representative of my personality.

I haven't heard anything from anyone. However, it appears to me that the following will happen: Since there are institutional alliances between schools and lending institutions 1. There will be those with a great credit history who will receive more favorable terms. 2. Those with lower credit scores...

Financing B-school

I keep reading about the extent to which financial institutions are pulling back their lending, and this makes me very nervous about securing sufficient funding for school. It would be quite upsetting to be accepted and not attend due to a lack of funding. What is the anticipation for this year's po...

Profile evaluation for an MSA/MAC?

Could one of the Stacy Blackman consultants evaluate my profile for an MSA/MAC program? Provided that SB's specialization is not in accounting programs, perhaps someone could provide me with some feedback keeping in mind that I am interested in a graduate business degree. Please let me know. Thank y...

Many people who attend Georgetown usually plan to go into quangos or some international organization that does not necessarily perform the functions of a private enterprise. That is not to say that some go on to the private sector. It is a program that focuses on making you a global individual and b...
