What is the slope of line p?

1. x intercept is twice the y intercept
2. The line passes through the I and III quadrant

I am sorry to if bother you again.....but then if 7x+7y>0 is fine then I can combine this equation with equation 1 (i.e 7x-2y>0) to conclude that -9y>0, so y should be negative...
