Hi,
I am getting the answer D- 42
28 is the 13th largest, that makes the last number to be 52
If 30 is the 11th smallest, then 10 is the first number.
Range: 52-10 = 42.
Answer is D
Please give the OA and correct me if I am wrong.

Oops. I was under the impression that the numerator that is to be considered as the grades lower than Amy should be a result after subtracting the higher grades from total grades; i.e 100-19=81. I chose 80 grades since it is lower than 81 and amy's grade is 81. (my understanding) Thanks for clarifyi...
