786.. I started taking tests 3-4 months back (this was my second attempt). My frequency of tests was every 2-3 weeks. It just depended on when I felt I needed to check my improvement.

I think it is B. I agree with pataljali.purpose that this is a thing which is not proven yet...but in that case we use "would". Here i think this meaning is conveyed using "they believe are capable".

Is the question correct? Please underline the question and check the question. I spent 15 minutes just trying to justify that the sentence with choice A is correct...the choice A is written differently from the question - the main sentence.
