I would do the MGMAT first. I would also advise you not to take 2 CATs per week. I think that's overkill. You would be better off spending that time studying the materials. I would take 4 total practice tests maximum. 2-3 should do the trick.

Try the GMATClub math tests. They will push your Quant abilities to the limit. Make sure to do a lot of self-reflection too on the questions that you missed.

Take a few GMATClub math tests. If you can get used to the difficulty of those questions and understand why you missed the ones you did, you will definitely improve your quant score. Something to consider at least.

I would consider taking 3-4 GMATClub math tests. These will expose your weak areas. From there, determine your weak areas and study those ferociously until test day.

I would take maybe one more practice test. You don't want to overdo it and you will want to focus more of your attention on getting better. I would go for the Manhattan GMAT practice tests. Just take 1-2 of those. They are high quality.

To bring your Quant score to the next level, I think the GMAT Club math tests are great. They contain only 700+ level questions so you will get really great practice with some really tough questions.

I didn't use any prep course. I would recommend using the Powerscore CR Bible for critical reasoning and the Manhattan GMAT Sentence Correction Guide for sentence correction. I think the GMATClub tests will help you get to the 700+ level for math.

I would say hold off. It can definitely make a big difference taking a test really early in the morning versus being relaxed and focused taking it later in the day. I know I wouldn't want to take the test first thing in the morning. Just my opinion.

You are definitely young, which may hurt you in your application. Based the schools you are applying to, it would probably be in your best interest to retake the test.

I read some article somewhat recently that said the GMAC was going to focus less attention on idioms. I don't have a link to it, but I'm pretty sure idioms are less relevant now.

I just don't think it's enough time. Doesn't really matter if you were good at math when you are younger. One week is just so little time.
