For the product to be 7 it has to be 7 and 1 or not an integer.
In 2) It says X and Y are integers which is ...-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3....
If we combine both we get X=7, Y=1 or X=1 and Y=7 (or their negative counterparts)so it could be 6^4 or (-6)^4. in anyway it would be same.
Therefor answer is C.

The answer is A.
suppose we take n as -1 then,
1) 4-(-1) @ 6 => 5 < 6.
2) 4-(-1) @ 5 => 5 = 5.
then we take 3,
1) 4-(3) @ 6 => 1<6.
2) 4-(3) @ 5 => 1<5.
All the values between -2 and 3 including 3 will satisfy these two equations with @ replaced with <=.

Let's assume that to complete a house a team or a group teams needs to 48 units of work.
If A does a house in 8 days it'll do 6 units in a day. similarly B and C do 8 units each.
so time for A,B and C together is - 48/22=24/11.
So answer is A.
