Great tips for CR neodante. Do you have any such tips for RC. I am facing a lot of difficulty in Inference and function questions. What was your strategy for function questions ? RC is all about practice. I did OG13 and Aristotle RCs and I think i did a total of around 60-70 passages. This doesn't ...

1. Getting 1 question wrong each of Weaken and Explain a paradox doesn't necessarily mean that you are weak at that .It is not a pattern; just a one time instance so don't bother much 2. Practice is the only thing to improve on RC. Nothing else can help you understand those convoluted passages 3.Do ...

@vikram Why do you feel that your hit rate will be not good ? is it based on some evidence or is it fear ? If it is fear, then let me tell you 90% times what we fear never actually comes true. We do go through lows but as a fighter we have to bounce back harder. Just stay in a positive frame of mind...

GMAT SC is all about application of rules and understanding the meaning. Follow the same old thing-Read the options vertically, understand the meaning completely. Also watch out for those trigger words/phrases that will indicate whether there's a modifier or a parallelism error. If you do all this ...

Great journey. Your meticulousness shows through the way you prepared for the GMAT. I'd like to know though that how did you choose India over the US for your MBA ? I already have a good GMAT score but I'll be taking the CAT this year and want to be prepared for a situation like yours.

Congrats :) neo, I want to ask that when you see a new problem do you relate it,most of the times, to some problem you did in past or you take EACH problem as a new one. I am asking this because many experts have iterated that one thing that differentiate 760+ scorers from other test takers is that...

Did you take any Princeton tests also ? I took of them and am absolutely depressed. The questions were easy, unlike that in MGMAT CATs ,and i thought that i was doing well but when the score popped up i was shocked to see a 620 and 640 on the tests. Yes, I did take two princeton review tests and I ...

Hey what were u r MGMAT Scores ? Can you share ? I usually got something between 680 and 730 on the MGMAT CATs. I think the quant questions on MGMAT CATs are just not representative of the actual thing. Even the verbal questions are more grammar centric in SC and can be easily done unlike the actua...

Neodante, I can't thank you enough for those great tips. Like Brent said, what I liked about your tips is that they had nothing to do with studying but only with the psychological part of the GMAT which unfortunately I had not been paying much attention to. Thanks again Glad that you found those ti...
